CIM conducts training programmes in different areas including:

Organisation Development & Capacity Building Services
CIM’s ODCB is an organization-wide process, managed from the top, to effect planned changes toward organizational effectiveness. It studies the structural design, systems and procedures and provides suggestions to make them function better. It also checks the compliance gap by analyzing adherence to the statutory requirements.
ODCB also facilitates strategic planning process and involves in preparation of manuals and other documents. In addition, CIM offers referral as well as mediation services.
Management Courses
CIM facilitates structured online learning of management subjects through study programmes in association with recognized Universities. CIM undertakes research projects and conducts academic consultations. CIM also engages with theological bodies and develops management curriculums and offers Faculty Development Programmes.

CIM pools and disseminates helpful professional, management and leadership material, statutory instructions and other information to help Churches and other NPOs to enhance and maintain high management standards.
